Why Assistant's leaving might be a good thing

With almost all the assistant's either following BB or going to another school to assume the same role, it could mean either one of two things: Barry Alvarez has a HC with is own staff that he is going to hire, but can't until 19 December due to State laws or we finally look in the mirror and realize the assistant's weren't that good. After all the Badgers went 7-5 before the total destruction of Nebraska in the B1G TEN Championship game. You be the judge

OP sounds really delusional... almost as bad as the Arkansas fans who thought Gruden was going to be our next HC.
Assistants leaving after the HC leaves is never a good thing. I know it's frustrating. Wish y'all the best.
