wtf does an SEC connection have to do with anything with Meador? SEC doesn't produce linemen. What a tool
Well let's see...
He was once committed to Ole Miss, and is choosing between Wisconsin and two SEC schools. So clearly the SEC is relavent to Meador.

How the hell is the SEC relevant? Just because he signed with one SEC school doesn't mean he was going to sign with the entire conference. That would be like saying Walker Williams would more likely sign with Indiana than UCLA because of the Big ten connection. Or it would be like saying that Vanderbilt was better than Wisconsin last year because of the SEC connection. It just doesn't make any sense.
What would make more sense and is a more direct correlation is that Meador committed to a coach at Ole Miss and that he would go to Wisconsin because of the connection with the coach. The SEC connection is 100% meaningless.
You could both be correct. The SEC is regarded by many people as the premier conference in the country. The SEC produces its share of NFL OL. Meader has a relationship with Markuson. Weather or not he had or has a desire to play for a school in the SEC and how strong that desire is only he can answer.
