While they're not getting the death penalty, I would guess they're going to have a scholarship cut of ~50%, which is pretty decimating. They won't be able to compete with MAC teams nevermind the B1G.

I had a feeling that David Williams was playing out his recruitment to see how hard PSU would get hit, and now you have to imagine he'll look elsewhere. I like our chances there.

It's worth giving a call to Hackenberg too. I know he said he's firm as long as there's football, but if half the team is going to be walkons, who knows what he's thinking.
