No doubt, it's just odd. I thought we had pretty clearly separated ourselves from Illinois and to a lesser extent Vandy. I guess things have probably tightened up recently.

Eh, I think it's between Oregon and Wisconsin, with Illinois in 3rd. That line we're discussing came from the last paragraph which is usually always reserved for that particular site's main man to put in his two cents. So it could be anything from he's going with his "gut" all the way to he forgot about Wisconsin's place in the running.
