Just received a message from someone who would know. The term used was "burned his bridge." You can fill in the blanks. Bottom line, don't expect UW to offer. Obviously, things can change, but I wouldn't expect UW to have much interest from here on out. Bret Bielema and his coaching staff are NOT people you want to mess around with like that.
Coach B always talks about recruiting "Wisconsin kids." Dieter doesn't fit that mold. Looks like a tremendous talent on film, but his ego doesn't belong in Madison. He also says you "recruit your own problems." This kid isn't even on the team, and he's already a problem. What does that say?
Have to hope for either Darboh or Glinton, which would still be awfully nice. Bring in these guys for the Nebraska game, beat the piss out of them, and reap the benefits. Just like O$U in 2010.

I am not sure the Nebraska game matters much for Darboh, maybe winning and showing we are a national contender. He was at the OSU game and talks highly of his experience.
