After the abysmal running stats against MSU how does everyone feel about our running game tomorrow? All the talk has been about the QB change, but I think last week our O-line looked about as bad as it gets. Its nice that we get back to full strength but that still doesn't give me much confidence against IUs dts. They will also likely load the box with the new qb, I think I will be happy with anything greater than 150.

We should destroy them like we did Illinois and Purdue (who has a better front than IU) provided that Phillips can make the throws we need to off play action. I've said it before, we don't need anything more than solid QB play the way we play the game. Our running game gets receivers and tight ends the necessary room to get open easily. We just need a Qb who can deliver the ball quickly and accurately. Guys like Stave or Houston are going to terrorize defenses if they reach their potential much like Tolzien and Wilson did cause our running game isn't going anywhere.
