So how did you feel about that awful pass interference call, without which we would have likely been unable to get the ball into scoring position for that TD and we never would have had a chance for the onside kick. If that had been called on UW I'm guessing you would have been howling. Good coverage.
When i was younger every loss was the fault of the referee, official or umpire. As i matured I developed a different perspective. No game is lost on the decision of an umpire, referee or official. No team or player has ever played a perfect game. The difference is that an officials call near the end of a game is just more highly scrutinized.
In today's game we had the interference call that helped UW as well as the onside kick call that went in favor of Oregon.
The biggest play today was the lost fumble in the red zone by O'brien. Without that lost fumble UW most likely kicks a FG and there is no need for the onside kick. If UW scores a TD we win.
