This was determined no later than Friday. It's in the tea leaves with the movement of most of our coaches. I am convinced that Wells will become the head coah at USU, Hammock will become The OC/RBs coach, Strickland and Miller will stay on with Miller possibly transitioning to TEs, I think if he isn't given a spot above GA he will leave. I believe there is a reason Hammock has stayed and I believe it's because he has the OC job.
Is Henry Mason sticking around? If he's there I don't think we have to worry about recruiting the Cleveland area of Ohio.
Science H. Logic
I REALLY hope we keep Hammock but I have no idea whether I think he's the right OC for us. We know nothing about him. More importantly, GA probably knows next to nothing about him as an OC. I wouldn't be comfortable hitting the ground in my new job not knowing anything about my OC.
I don't think Miller would have any problems finding a job with some of the running totals UW put up late in the season.
Keeping Hammock for east coast recruiting, Strickland for WI and MN recruiting makes sense, but where does Miller recruit?
Well this is kind of weird to think, but there are reports now that Wisconsin never contacted him until Sunday -- at the earliest. That was fast...
I find that very hard to believe. Barry may not have directly spoken with him until Sunday, but I would bet he spoke with Andersen's agent prior to Sunday.
I also got reports that Santa isn't real. I don't believe everything they tell me.
