I think a good chunk, maybe all of this info, is just BS. Barry is clearly treating this search like a CIA mission.
Reasons I'm not worried?
How bout his statement about hoping to find the new HC by Xmas, but would wait longer if he had to. Xmas isn't for almost 2 more weeks. Oh, and then he laughed at all the name speculation. For a guy that people seem to think has ran out of options, boy he seems pretty chill to me. He either doesn't care or he has no worries about finding a new HC. I'm going to say he cares anbd say he has no worries.
One more thing, legally nobody can be offered the job or announced until after the December 19th job posting deadline. Thats a state law. So stop trying to say so & so was offered. Nobody has been offered. At the most maybe their was a secret handshake, but it won't come out until the 20th at the earliest.
In other words, ch*ll the f*ck out people. There are enough names out there and guys looking for work I'm sure he could fin somebody. Whether its Joe Schmoe or Chris Petersenm either way you won't hear anything until the job posting deadline has passed. SO, until December 20th, take a chill pill people.

Wow, a lot of info to digest on this site, to get caught up, a lot of what ifs here, and this coaching search has been a big headache so far. Concerns with staff and recruits leaving, I do not like it, I also think the time it is taking is ridiculous, it is hurting the program,
I think though what happened yesterday or today will be forgotten in 2 weeks, I really hope that will be the case, and everything ends up ok, it is hard to have debate or conversation with fellow fans when we know nothing that is actual fact.
Ok so it is that time... time to panic. Cya later 2013 recruits and assistant coaches and hello no name MAC coach. Great job BA and Co...
