Who knows. He still has AD duties outside of picking a new coach. Who knows why he is there... Mulhern couldn't be bothered to find out if the Toledo football team was even there (assuming their HC traveled with the team), so I'm not taking much from the article.
I'm just saying there are airstrips in Ann Arbor.g

I'm dieing to know what he's really up to haha. Let's hire someone to follow him around :)

I like Riley but if I remember right (when we played OSU) The TV play by play people said he was sixty years old ? can any one confirm that if so might be to old to switch at this point?

Your late to the party there Walleye. We've already established he's 60 furthermore leading us to believe his realistic chances have decreased. But we're not BA so who knows

1) Because there are a lot of personal/private things that come out in coaching searches: ranking of candidates, important negotiating points, interview and negotiating tactics, what Barry's looking for in a coach, etc. Plus I'm sure the candidates being interviewed don't want it out there...it could negatively impact recruiting moving forward.

3) Your thinking is incorrect. He might not have a "mob," but the media is clearly following his movements, or at least they are trying to. The fact that this thread exists is proof of that.

Maybe I'm just being delusional, but I think there is still a chance, albeit a very slim one. If an interview did or was to occur, I'd imagine Barry & CP would do everything in their power to keep it hush-hush.
While there are no reports of an interview actually happening, there also is no statement of dis-interest nor has there really been any concrete report of dis-interest. Its just like all news was freezed, good or bad.
