Elyria (Ohio.) Defensive End Tracy Sprinkle currently holds 10 scholarship offers, while plenty of other BCS schools remain highly interested.
Sprinkle has 10 scholarship offers.
Wisconsin is mildly interested in Sprinkle at this point, but he says he wouldn't mind if things picked up between him and the Badgers.
"It's not too much action," Sprinkle told Badger247 Sunday night about his recruitment with Wisconsin. "I've been getting letters here and there, but that's really it with Wisconsin.
"I haven't been in touch with any of the coaches. I think I might get in touch with them."
Sprinkle holds offers from the likes of Arkansas, Cincinnati, Kentucky, Michigan State, Penn State, and Pittsburgh among others. The Ohio native says he's not currently favoring any particular school.
"All of my interests are basically the same," he said. "I'm still trying to figure out the school I'm going to go to, but I really don't know too much about Wisconsin."
Michigan, West Virginia, Iowa, and Ohio State are also showing interest in Sprinkle at this point.
The 6-foot-4, 250-pound defensive end says he think he's close to his 11th offer from one of the aforementioned schools.
"Probably Michigan," he said. "They've come on hard. They wanted me to visit this weekend, but I couldn't.
"He basically said when I come visit, they'll offer when they see me. I think that will be the next one.
"My interest in them is good. I don't know too much about them. My options are open."
Sprinkle has already visited Michigan State and said he would make more visits after his basketball season.
