It can be done, but it will be tough. Northwestern is going to be real tough with all of the experience they have back on offense. Ohio State has to replace pretty much all of their front seven, but they have recruited some of the nations best defensive lineman in the country last year and this year. Those guys will be on the field in 2013. Penn State could be tough again. In the other division Nebraska and Michigan will likely be the favorites. Michigan should be improved and Nebraska returns pretty much everyone on offense.....their scout team defense made up of redshirt freshman that are bigger and faster than their starting defensive team might actually be an improvement. You just never know how a season is going to go. You just never know about injuries. I would say Wisconsin starts the 2013 season ranked in the 20s by most services.
