Collins, a 6-foot-4, 195-pound athlete, is receiving interest from Ball State, Cornell, Dartmouth, Harvard, Illinois, Miami (Ohio.), Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northern Illinois, Oregon State, UCLA, Wisconsin, and Yale.
Collins will also be on the field with 2013 Wide Receiver Jester Weah and 2014 Athlete Daurice Fountain, both of which are receiving interest from the Badgers.
